There are 2 techniques to use the squirt bottle. The first one is the pour and squeeze method. The second is the 2 hand squeeze method. Please refer to video on how to do it. The string can be retracted by shoving it back into the tip or alternatively you can unscrew the cap, pull the string back and re-screw the cap.
